Anniversary

I am approaching my 1 year mark of WLS... and I feel great. I got to get Hubby to take a new pic as I'm down 99 lbs since my surgery on 7/28 last year.. i figured that since it's a few days out that I would wait till Wednesday to get on the scale to get my total loss... i have been going up and down a pound over the past couple of weeks. the weight loss has slowed down, so now for some serious work. Every day is a struggle to eat the right thing. I wish that some of the bad foods that I love made me sick. but lo and behold it doesn't. At this point the only thing that makes me not feel good is ice cream.. which is actually not one of my faves... so giving up icecream isn't really a big deal... I eat chocolate, but only have a small piece... but carbs are still my downfall... i gotta watch them.... anyway... am on vacation next week and hopefully will get some pics.. I'm not so afraid of having my picture taken...go figure....
